Supplements I am currently taking

taking will let again next week as I am about to change. My supplements again. I will also try and post what each supplement is for and how they are helping if I have noticed anything.

Taking supplements has definitely increased my health in the last year or so.

Here goes:

Solgar Kelp (iodine)
Holland and barrett Vitamin C 2000mg
Holland and barrett triple strength Cranberry extract
Biocare Multivitamin
Biocare Mineral complex
Vitashine Vitamin D3 5000iu (vegan)
Echiomega (vegan veg EPA) x 8

Doctors best Coenzyme Q10 200mg
Niacinamide 1500mg
Shot o b12 spray 5000mcg

Zinc plus lozenges (as required)

I also sometimes use:

Valerian
Cramp bark
Liquorice
Chamomile
Passiflora
Ashwagandha

Ad well as trying to remember to take blended ginger, garlic, turmeric and lemon juice daily to reduce the risk of catching viruses

    • Thanks for the reminder. I do actually have some ecinachea but forget to take it. I don’t like taking it all the time so it’s not in my supplements box.

      Good luck with the coq10. It tends to work best with l carnitine and d ribose added in so it might be worth considerig those too? I will be adding them in soon.
